Rupesh Shinde has spent over 18 years inside India's banking sector, building a career defined by transaction banking, cash management services, digital banking, payments, government banking, and financial infrastructure. His leadership roles at CSB Bank, IndusInd Bank, YES Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and ICICI Bank gave him direct control of large business portfolios, several first-to-market banking propositions, and the growth mandates behind them.
